Meet

Hello, I'm April Viola, an experienced interior designer originally from San Francisco, and in recent years based in Honolulu Hawaii. I'm passionate about mentoring and supporting upcoming female interior design entrepreneurs, and I've created a small mentoring group for novice designers who are just beginning their journey in the industry.

Through this local coffee shop and online meet up group, I provide guidance and support on a variety of topics related to setting up a consulting business, marketing, honing their general business plan, and other crucial elements that are essential to building a successful career in interior design. Other subject themes may come up organically via the group requests, in addition to crafting together such as silk flower arrangements or other quick DIY projects.

I believe that sharing my 25 year knowledge and experience with emerging designers is important, not only for their own professional development but for the growth and advancement of the industry as a whole. Seeing the progress and success of the designers in my mentoring group is incredibly fulfilling, and I look forward to continuing to support and inspire the next generation of interior designers.
